RETURN POLICIES

We will be glad to make any exchange or credit to any credit card account for items you are not completely satisfied with. There are no returns on hats or clothing. There are no returns on Latisse. There are no returns on makeup. The item must be returned to Rejuvaderm MediSpa within 30 days of shipping date in its original condition. All items must be accompanied with original invoice or receipt. All returns must be in a heavily padded mailer. Any item returned in regular envelopes will be returned automatically.

Shipping and Handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable.

Rejuvaderm MediSpa is not responsible for any returned packages lost in shipping. For your protection we suggest you send returns via FedEx, UPS, or US mail with insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes. Please be advised until there is proof that we have received your merchandise it is your property.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel your web order, please call as immediately as once your order is sent out it is impossible to prevent shipment. If you decide to cancel your order after the deadline, we'll simply process your request as a return. If you request cancellation before your order is shipped, we will cancel your order and provide a complete refund in the same form as your payment. Please allow 48 hours for you cancellation to be processed.

DELIVERY/ SHIPPING POLICY

  • BUSINESS DAYS ARE DEFINED AS MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY ONLY. Weekends and holidays are NOT included.
  • We do NOT accept Deliveries to P.O. or A.P.O addresses.
  • Signatures required upon delivery, so please ensure your ship to address is ready to accept deliveries.
  • We do NOT offer weekend delivery.
  • All undeliverable packages will be charged a re-shipment fee.
  • All delivery charges are subject to change.
  • Shipping fees are only eligible for refund when the original items were either shipped incorrectly by Rejuvaderm MediSpa or damaged. All other shipping fees are nonrefundable.
  • Orders shipped via Next Day Air, 2nd Day or 3rd Day Air must be placed by 12PM EST in order to be shipped same day.

Order Processing & Status

For all shipments please allow 24 hours for processing before your order is shipped. Same day shipping is not available. Please note: orders are processed on business days only. Any orders placed after processing hours (4:00pm EST) or on the weekend will be processed the following business day and shipped the day after.
