Spa Policy

We value our clients and always want to be able to accommodate you when booking an appointment that is convenient for you.

We do not charge for appointments that are not kept or for last minute cancellations.

Because of this we do ask that you be kind enough to give us a 48 hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment.

This gives us time to accommodate someone else that may be trying to get in.
